Client Services Executive

The scope of our Client Services Executive Role is very varied, involving client interaction, administrative support, coordination with laboratory staff to ensure a very high standard of service is maintained at all times.  You will work closely with our commercial and laboratory teams to deliver this best-in-class service.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Preferably educated to third level or with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a related role.
  • Experience in the medical testing, clinical laboratories or related ISO accredited environments an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, healthcare providers and internal staff.
  • Proficiency with laboratory information systems (LIS) or other relevant software, including CRM software.
  • Understanding of medical terminology and laboratory procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, manage all incoming calls and respond to customer queries promptly and efficiently, ensuring resolution or escalation to the relevant department.
  • Liaise between clients and laboratory personnel to follow up client queries, laboratory queries and convey special instructions, urgent requests, or clarifications.
  • Collaborate with the laboratory team to ensure clients’ KPI are being met.
  • Collate and distribute reports to clients and healthcare providers as required.
  • Liaise with logistics team in the management of client collections.
  • Participate in the maintenance of the ISO 15189 quality management system, updating same as required.
  • Provide administrative support to the Commercial Team.
  • Provide support to the data entry team as the needs arise.
  • Maintain and update CRM on an on going basis.

  • Strong ability to mange multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in procedures, technology and regulations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency is using standard office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity of patient and client information.
